How it works
1. Connect & Discover
One of the most important things to me is forming a connection with my couples/families/etc. I want to understand who you are just as I want you to get to know me. Magic happens when there isn't any awkward first meetings! Reach out and share all the details you have, I'll get back to you as soon as I can, then we can get the ball rolling if we feel like a good fit for each other!
2. Plan & Prepare
Girl, I am here for you - we will be in contact to talk it all out! Once we have been in touch - we will lock your date in by - sign contract and pay down deposit. You will walk into your session or wedding with no hesitation from me! Lean on me and I will guide you or help you the best I can :)
3. Capture & Deliver
Capturing the moments that unfold right in front of me is something truly special - then I get to relive it all by culling all the raw images, and editing all the best ones from the day. Depending on session/wedding/etc I will always disclose in contract how long it will take to get full gallery back. Previews delivered within 24-48 hours!
FAQ'S
How do we book a photo session with you?
I'm so glad you thought of this! Hit my contact form in my website -> fill that out with as much detail as you can give me -> I'll reach out and let you know if I am available for that date or if your date is flexible we can figure out a date that works best for us -> sign contract and pay down deposit -> photo session secured!!
What should we wear for our session?
I recommend my couples or families not to match directly because you can blend into one another, but instead try to coordinate outfits. That means colors that compliment each other. Try to avoid everyone wearing different patters as this can clash.
For couples/engagements - I recommend one outfit that is more relaxed/comfortable if that means jeans and a tank/blouse for women and jeans/shirt for men. Then have another dressier outfit like a flowy dress (they make for the best pictures, I live for movement in an outfit). Button down and jeans for men. Plus you can never over accessorize - bring the cowboy hat, wild rags, jewelry, etc!!

How long does it take to get our photos?
Timing can depend on busy seasons, type of session, etc. I will always send 24-48hr previews from your session to you. Weddings and elopements can range typically from 6-12 weeks to ensure each photo gets my full attention. Couples/Engagements/Family sessions range from 4-8 weeks. I hope this helps give you an idea! This will always be disclosed in my contract as well. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Why does it cost so much for a session?
Before I was a photographer, I had this exact same question! There is so much money that goes towards being a photographer. There are big costs that go towards gear such as lens, camera bodies, batteries, chargers, flash, etc. Then there are monthly or other charges that happen frequently to keep a photography business going such as client gallery delivery sites, editing software, SD cards, computer, hard drives, etc. Then you have the experience of photographer, continuing education investments, photographers time spent traveling, shooting, and editing. Those are just the main components so imagine all the other little things that slip by that cost money as well. I hope this brings some more understanding and I appreciate you!
